Isaac Bond (23 September 1848—4 May 1924)

Isaac Bond was the son of James Bond and Jane Passmore. He was born on 23 September 1848 at Caradoc, Middlesex, ON, CA. 1 He was baptized on 25 December 1849 at Caradoc, Middlesex, ON, CA. 1 He worked as a Baker in 1881 at Alvinston, Brooke, Lambton, ON, CA. He worked as a Baker in 1901 at Alvinston, Brooke, Lambton, ON, CA. 2 He worked as a Confectioner in 1911 at Alvinston, Brooke, Lambton, ON, CA. 3 He lived between 1901 and 1911 at 8&9 River St, Alvinston,Brooke, Lambton,ON, CA. 3 He died on 4 May 1924 . 4 He was buried at West Avenue Cemetery, St Thomas, ON, CA. 4

He married Christian Lang Oliver. He married Christian Lang Oliver between 1870 and 1875 at Lambton Co, ON, CA.

Christian Lang Oliver5,6,7,8 was the daughter of Robert P. Oliver and Jane Wifeofrobertoliver. She was born on 28 January 1852 at Penzance, Cornwall, England. 9,10 She immigrated in 1856 in Canada. 3 She died on 28 March 1917 Pernicious Anaemia, heart failure at St Thomas, ON, CA. 10,11,12 The cause of death was Pernicious Anaemia, heart failure11 . She was buried at Lakeview Cemetery, 1016 Colborne Rd, Sarnia, Lambton, ON, CA. 10

Notes: Her surname suggests that she is related to the Sarah Jane Oliver living with her in 1881. That Sarah Jane is apparently the same as the Sarah Jane Oliver recorded on the same tombstone in Lakeview Cemetery as the daughter of Robert S. and Jane Oliver. This relationship could be confirmed by examining the 1871 census of Sarnia, Lambton, where Robert S. Oliver appears on div 1 page 46. What would be interesting, considering that Robert S. and his wife Jane (Lang) Oliver are listed as from Cornwall, is whether Jane is related to Francis Lang of Cornwall.
